1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing wbbt.net or using app.wbbt.net (the WBBT Records distribution platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

WBBT Records and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website. Your music, however, remains 100% your property, you grant us only a non-exclusive license to distribute and collect royalties on your behalf as defined in your distribution agreement.

3. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:

• Publishing any Website material in any other media without written permission
• Selling, sublicensing or commercializing any Website material
• Publicly performing or showing any Website material
• Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to its operation or other users
• Using artificial streams, click-farms or bot manipulation on any release distributed through us
• Uploading copyrighted material you do not own or do not have rights to license
• Submitting AI-generated voice clones of real artists without their explicit written consent

4. Music Submission & Distribution Agreement

When you submit music to WBBT Records via our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute, reproduce, and monetize your content according to the specific distribution agreement you sign at that time. You retain full ownership of your master recordings and compositions unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate recording contract. Free plan releases incur a 30% commission on royalties; paid plans (Basic, Pro, all Label tiers) operate at 0% commission.

5. Royalties & Payments

Royalties from DSPs are reported on a 2-3 month delay (industry standard). The minimum payout threshold is $30. We process payments via SWIFT, IBAN and PayPal where available. Free-tier 30% commission applies after subscription cancellation to streams generated post-cancellation. Accounts terminated due to artificial streaming or copyright infringement forfeit accumulated balances.

6. Content ID & YouTube

YouTube Content ID inclusion (available on Basic plan and above) requires manual review and YouTube's eligibility approval. We cannot guarantee Content ID acceptance for tracks containing covers, samples, or public-domain works. Submitting ineligible tracks may result in penalties to the entire WBBT distribution network and termination of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WBBT Records, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or platform whether such liability is under contract or tort. WBBT Records, including its officers, directors and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website. Maximum liability under any circumstance is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email and/or a prominent notice on our Website. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance.
