Keep recording ownership, ISRCs and performer details accurate. Ask WBBT support about the applicable mandate and disclose any existing collection agreements to avoid overlap.
Reconcile before drawing a conclusion
Keep identifiers, ownership and collaborator shares aligned across your records. Compare the same reporting periods and distinguish estimated activity from payable income. If a line looks wrong, send support the recording identifier, statement period and specific issue. A general stream estimate cannot establish that a payment is missing.
